Supplementary Terms for Facial Recognition Feature (“RealCV”)

  1. RealCV offers you the option to tag, search and sort your RealTimes images using facial recognition technology.
  2. Once activated, RealCV wil use the facial recognition technology to identify,  match and tag photos in your camera roll and RealTimes cloud library.
  3. You may disable the feature at any time by using the Settings within the RealTimes application.
  4. Your tag history and any corresponding identifying information will be deleted when you terminate your account, or if you do not access your RealTimes for three years, whichever occurs first.
  5. RealCV collects aggregated and anonymized information relating to your use of RealCV for the purpose of improving the technology.
  6. By enabling RealCV you represent that you have read and accept these Supplementary RealCV Terms, the Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
