Last modified: March 11, 2024.

Welcome to the SAFR® Privacy Policy (“Policy”). This Policy describes the ways in which RealNetworks LLC (“Real”) collects and uses personal information from customers of the SAFR facial and object recognition software solution and the SAFR website (collectively “Services”).

If you have questions about the processing of personal information collected through SAFR, or if you wish to exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar privacy law, you should direct inquiries to that organization. Real is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, which may differ from ours.

If you are a SAFR customer or a user of the SAFR website, and have any questions about our policies and practices, we encourage you to contact us via the contact information provided at the end of this Policy.
