Alerting RealNetworks

To alert RealNetworks of a potential security-related problem while using Helix Server, please send an email to server-security[at]real.com with "Security Issue" in the subject line.

Please note the following in your email:

  • A report of how you found the problem
  • How it can be reproduced
  • Versioning information of all software involved
  • Reference number
  • Your contact information, including phone & e-mail address

Once RealNetworks is aware of a security incident, we work as quickly as possible to find the cause, and develop a solution. These solutions, regardless of whether they are a patch, a configuration change, or other workaround, will be made available from this site.
